Location:  The 05 Ranch is located approximately 17 miles north of Fredericksburg, TX with frontage on Schneider Moellering Road.

Water:  The 05 Ranch boasts of good water features with an incredible 2-acre lake stocked with Florida Strain Bass.  Draws intersect and feed into Bernst Creek, which runs through the middle of the ranch and has water surfacing for 3,000 feet.  The eastern draw is also a spring fed creek which surfaces for 1,800 feet.
