Del Rio offers healthcare, airport, shopping, dining, higher education, services, and groceries. The nearest airports are in Del Rio and in Ozona.

Land: Mayfield Ranch has gently rolling to steep terrain.  Elevations range from approximately 1,680 feet at the entrance of the property to a high elevation of approximately 2,000 feet at the tops of the hills.
