Devils River Ranch

Insights

The Devils River Ranch is one of the best water ranches available on the market today.  The Devils River is simply spectacular!  The ranch is well improved, but not overly so.  It is secluded and has its own landing strip.  It has an abundance of wildlife, fish and panoramic views from the hilltops.  It is a sportsman’s paradise and truly a unique offering.

The Devils River Ranch is a sportsman’s paradise with over 2 miles of frontage on the Devils River. It is approximately 40 air miles north of Del Rio in north-central Val Verde County.  It consists of 2 tracts. The first tract is 546 acres and has 2.3 miles of frontage on FM 163.  It is approximately 19 miles north of Comstock (just south of Bakers Crossing).  The second tract is located approximately three miles east of Tract One on a private road.   The driving time to Del Rio is approximately one hour from the ranch.  Del Rio offers healthcare, airport, shopping, dining, higher education, services, and groceries.
